A presentation evening to celebrate the achievements of Rhys Shellard in gaining his place in the Welsh Youth team.  They leave for South Africa next week to participate in the  Youth World Cup. Aberdare RFC's Chairman, Humphrey Evans, presented Rhys with an inscribed wristwatch to mark his success. He wished Rhys and the Welsh Youth Team success in the forthcoming competition. Rhys has been involved in rugby at Aberdare since he was 8 years old and has achieved honours at the younger age groups. He certainly has a big future ahead of him being voted the man of the match on several occasions this season. Aberdare RFC are proud to have been part of his development.
